The proposed plans create more problems than they solve. Theirproposal is the wrong answer to the wrong question. There are much smarter, simpler and cheaper ways to solve a Bypass for Henlade and tailbacks at Southfields. Critically, the proposals add, rather than reduce, traffic lights on the A358, and do not include improvements to Southfields - so the bottlenecks onto the A303 will become even worse.
